Service Description

We all have demands at home, at school, at work, and in our communities that can cause distress. This coaching bundle will assist you identifying the 4 dimensions of stress: emotional, cognitive, physical, and social and will help you identify creative ways to cope.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel, you must do so within 48 hours of the session, and the session fee MINUS a $35 retainer fee will be refunded to you. NO portion of fee will be refunded for any cancellations outside of the 48-hour window. NO portion of the fee will be refunded for any cancellations or no-shows to appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, your appointment will be cancelled and treated as a no-show.
