Targeted Coaching Package: Stress Management
At times it seems there are never ending demands on our time and energy. We have demands at home, at school, at work, and on our communities that can cause distress. This series of targeted coaching sessions will help you identify 4 dimensions of stress: emotional, cognitive, physical, and social and will help you identify creative ways to cope.

Targeted Coaching Package:
Career Interests & Exploration
Appropriate for persons in fifth grade through high school, this targeted coaching package will assist youth with identifying their personal strengths, general preferences, and favored careers. Youth will take a brief assessment that will align their values and preferences with the 16 Career Clusters established by the US Department of Education.
$120/1hr
Personal Coaching
At Envision Coaching & Consulting LLC I give my clients the valuable guidance and support they need at rates they are comfortable with paying. Though personal coaching is not a replacement for psychotherapy with a licensed therapist, coaching is an excellent option for those desiring to target specific areas to get unstuck in life.
